Based in the renowned Extra Virgin Olive Oil capital of Trevi, we have approximately 3500 olive trees, the majority of which are Moraiolo, and cultivate them following antique traditions with the utmost respect for the environment.
The quality of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The olives are hand picked then cold pressed within 24hours of the harvest; the oil is bottled without filtering and then preserved at room temperature in ancient cellars. These procedures, combined with the extraordinary endemic characteristics of our olives, give life to our prestigious quality olive oil. The natural resulting oil is intense in flavour, fruity yet slightly bitter with a peppery taste, has a fragrance of fresh herbs and a rich emerald green colour with golden yellow hues.
